Any Manufacturing Defect in the item—it’s loose or a bit tight on you, manufacturing defected piece, received a wrong parcel, or any other issue, you can return or exchange the product.
How can a customer return a product?
- Customer have to keep a few things in your mind while returning or exchanging the product.
- The Return policy is applicable on any item only within 7days of the delivery.
- Not all items are returnable or exchangeable. So, please check in the order details of the item whether it has a return policy or not.
- The returned items should not have been used or washed. The price tag and receipt on the package should be returned along with the items.
- In case of delivery of wrong and damaged items, we suggest you inform us within 24 hours. It would be helpful if you share the picture of the damaged product to us via email.
- The shipping charges are not refundable on bought the items.
You would receive the refund amount after deduction of the transaction fee as per Bank rules and after that you will get the amount in your bank account of the cancel items within Bank’s 10 working days. The money would be paid back to the account / credit card in case of online transaction and COD.
Cash on Delivery policy
- COD service is not available on all the items.
- Check about our services in your location. If your pin code isn’t there then COD is not applicable. Try online mode for payment.
- You can only open the delivery box after paying for the bought item.
- You can refuse to take the product if the box is open.
- Keep the exact cash amount while paying for the product. COD doesn’t accept credit/debit cards.
