  • Yes, you need to make KDM Account for any purchase on the website. You can register yourself by filling basic information about yourself like your name, age, phone number, and email ID.

  • • If I need to change or update my KDM account’s details then what should I do?
  • For changing any personal information on your KDM account you need to login first. After you have logged in and we know you are the real owner of the account, you can click on my account and change the basic information.

  • You will stop getting promotional emails as soon you unsubscribe KDM Lifestyle from your account.

  • If you don’t remember your KDM password click on forget password and get a notification on your registered mobile number.

  • No, it doesn’t vary on the size of the item purchased.

  • For products below INR 500, the shipping charges are above Rs. 99 depending on the item purchased.

  • • How many items can I buy in one go?
  • You can buy unlimited items in one go. There is no limit to the number of purchasing items in the online shopping.

  • • Is there any provision of offline shopping?
  • Yes, we might take offline orders on special request of the customer.

  • • Do you take orders over the phone?
  • We do take orders over the phone.

  • • Do you provide any guarantee/ warranty on any purchased item?
  • Generally, we provide a guarantee/ warranty on items. When we don’t provide a guarantee/warranty on selective items then we mention it in the details of the item.

  • Sometimes we lose track of the order due to no response for the other end. In such a case, our customer care team is there to help you out.

  • Sometimes due to a technical glitch in the website the order detail is not updated immediately. We recommend refreshing the page or login your account again.

  • You can add items to the cart by clicking on buying more option.

  • Add your item to cart. Proceed further in the process and apply voucher or coupon code.

  • • Sometimes due to excess demand of the same item, it goes out of stock. So we have to, unfortunately, cancel the order.

  • You will have to wait for a few days or weeks until the item the back in the stock. You can keep the item in the wishlist.

  • Yes. First, you will receive confirmation SMS and emails after each order. When your order is dispatched from the warehouse, then also you will receive the message. When the product is delivered, you will receive the final message of the delivery of the product.

  • Delivery time of any order is a minimum of three days and a maximum seven days.
